PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic compsn. which has a decreased melt viscosity, can be molded at a lower temp. than before, and gives a molded article improved in resistance to discoloration without detriment to the excellent characteristics of a thermoplastic urethane elastomer.

CONSTITUTION: 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic urethane elastomer is compounded with 5-100 pts.wt. ethylene-(meth)acrylic ester-carbon monoxide copolymer obtd. from 40-80wt.% ethylene, 15-50wt.% (meth)acrylic ester, and 5-30wt.% carbon monoxide, giving the thermoplastic urethane elastomer compsn.
