PURPOSE:To enable thermoenvironment near a human body available for detection, by installing an electric heater at the center of a flat heat insulator. CONSTITUTION:A small-diameter circular-disc type electric heater 3 at the center of a flat circular-disc heat insulator 1 and a thermocouple 4 are installed on top and bottom of the heater 3 as temperature detectors. And, the heater 3 is energized by an electric current and surface temperature of the heater is detected by an output voltage of the element 4. At this moment, increase of ratio of convectional heat transmission of the heater 3 is controlled by the insulator 1 and a heat-transmission characteristics equivalent to that of human body is obtained and drop of convectional heat transmission ratio is caused by placing the insulator 1 at the center. Consequently, temperature condition of the inside-room environment can be detected by bodily sensed temperature taking consideration of temperature, air-flow speed, radiation. Further, layers of radiating material of high spectral radiation ratio approximately equivalent to that ratio of human skin or clothing material air installed on the top and bottom surfaces, improving accuracy of detection of bodily sensed temperature. Further, the heater 3 can be mode with limited dimensions and portable with an electric power source, such as dry batteries and constant detection becomes available for thermoenvironment.
