Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive recording medium which is excellent in plasticizer resistance and alcohol resistance of a recording part and causes less ground fogging even when stored in a high temperature and high humidity condition.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermosensitive recording medium having a thermosensitive recording layer containing at least a leuco dye and a coloring agent on a support, where the thermosensitive recording medium contains at least one of N-p-toluenesulfonyl-N'-3-(p-toluenesulfonyloxy)phenyl urea and 1-(4-butoxycarbonylphenyl)-3-tosylurea, and 4,4'-bis[(4-methyl-3-phenoxycarbonylaminophenyl)ureido]diphenylsulfone as the coloring agent and further contains tris(2,6-dimethyl-4-tert-butyl-3-hydroxybenzyl)isocyanurate as a shelf stability modifier.
