Abstract:
To provide a thermosetting adhesive film which is excellent in handling property and storage stability before curing, and is excellent in adhesion and heat resistance after curing.SOLUTION: A thermosetting adhesive film has a glass transition temperature before curing of -10°C or higher and lower than 25°C, has a difference between the initial glass transition temperature before curing and a glass transition temperature after having been stored at 25°C for 72 hours of less than 10°C, and has a 5% weight reduction temperature of the cured product of 350°C or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: None
