Abstract:
To provide a thermosetting adhesive sheet which can strongly bond adherends with poor flatness such as a friction material having a roughened surface (porous surface) and a metal member having a smooth surface, and adherends with poor parallelism, and to provide a method for producing the thermosetting adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: A thermosetting adhesive sheet contains a thermoplastic resin (A), non-cured thermosetting resin particles (B) and a heat-infusible filler (C), where the thermoplastic resin (A) is preferably at least one or more kinds selected from nitrile rubber and acrylic rubber, and the non-cured thermosetting resin particles (B) are preferably at least one or more kinds selected from an epoxy resin, a phenol resin and a bismaleimide resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
