Abstract:
To provide an overcoat film excellent in the degree of flatness by optimizing the molecular weight of a binder resin contained in a thermosetting protective film resin composition and the contents of each constituent including the binder resin.
The overcoat film can even achieve the function of a white portion. A color filter does not need lighting-up of all RGB pixels in order to lead out white light and a separate coating step for the white portion.
