Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting protective film resin composition comprising an alkoxy group-containing silane-modified epoxy resin as an essential component, a protective film for a color filter produced by the composition and a liquid crystal display element containing the same.SOLUTION: The thermosetting protective film resin composition comprises the alkoxy group-containing silane-modified epoxy resin as the essential element, and therefore is excellent in both film strength and adhesive force and can be effectively used as the protective film for a color filter of a liquid crystal display element.
