To provide a thermosetting release coating agent, a cured product, a thermosetting release film and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides the thermosetting release coating agent which contains: a polymer (A) containing 40-98 mass% of a constituent unit 1 derived from a (meth)acrylate containing a C4-11 alkyl group, and 2-60 mass% of a constituent unit 2 derived from a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylic monomer; a melamine resin (B); and an acid catalyst (C).SELECTED DRAWING: None
