Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition which may form a hardening film having excellent solvent resistance, heat resistance, transparency and flattening ability, and form a color filter lower layer film which suppress generation of residue of color resist upon forming of a color filter on the hardening film.SOLUTION: There are provided a thermosetting resin composition, a producing method for a hardening film, a protect film, a flattening film or a color filter lower layer film using the thermosetting resin composition, a formation method for a color filter, in which the thermosetting resin composition contains a self crosslinking copolymer and solvent. The self crosslinking copolymer includes structural units represented by a specific general structural formula having a carboxyl group and structural units represented by a specific general structural formula having a glycidyl group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
