Abstract:
To provide an overcoat resin composition that can effectively be used as an overcoat material for a color filter to be used in TFT-LCD, since it has good heat resistance, transparency, film-remaining ratio, flattening ratio and adhesion while showing excellent storage stability, and can additionally control the physical properties that is required in the overcoat by changing the structure of the binder resin, the kinds and composition of the latent thermosetting agents.
The thermosetting type overcoat resin composition comprises 3-50 wt.% of a binder resin, 0-15 wt.% of the latent thermosetting agent, 0.01-15 wt.% of a silicone compound, and 20-96.99 wt.% of an organic solvent.
