Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R1 is alkyl, carbon ring group or heterocyclic group; R2 is alkyl, expressed by formula II (V, W, X, Y and Z are H, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, OH, halogen, nitro, amino or alkylamide), expressed by formula III or expressed by formula IV].
EXAMPLE: 2-(3-pyridyl)-3-(4-nitrophenyl sulfonyl) thiazolidine.
USE: Useful for various inflammations relating to platelet activating factor, circulatory disease, allergic disease and alimentary ulcer, etc., with low toxicity.
PREPARATION: A thiazolidine compound expressed by formula V is reacted with a halogenated acyl compound expressed by the formula R2SOX to afford the compound expressed by formula I.
