PURPOSE: To sharply cut down the time required for formation of a resistor, and to contrive improvement in productivity by a method wherein a row of nozzles or a plurality of rows off nozzles are adopted, and the positional relation between the nozzles and a printed bond is controlled based on a program.
CONSTITUTION: A row of nozzle 1 is composed of a tank, in which paste-like material is stored, and a pressing part 10 having a mechanism in which the tip part of a plurality of nozzles, having a paste-jetting hole and arranged in a row, is brought into contact with a board. A first motor 3 to be used to move the nozzle row 1 in Y-direction, a second motor 4 to be used to move the nozzle row 1 in X-direction, a third motor 5 to be used to rotate a substrate 2 at an angle of 90°, a fourth motor 6 to be used to move the pressing part 10 in Z-direction, and a valve controller 7, which controls the jetting timing and pressure, are provided and a motor driver 8 controls the axial movement of these motors. A main controller 9 controls patterning data, jetting pressure and axial movement.
