Title:
THICK WOVEN FABRIC SHEET FOR ENGINEERING WORK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08246288
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a thick woven fabric sheet hardly causing teared damage to the sheet in engineering works, for example, even on a laid surface having sharp materials such as a breakwater and a bank and hardly causing teared damage by filled earth and stone even in the case of unevenness on a laid surface and subsidence and variation of ground because of soft ground and even after the lapse of a long period of time.

CONSTITUTION: In a thick woven fabric comprising a warp 12 and a weft 11 each composed of a yarn having ≥60% elongation at tensile break, the warp 12 is successively reciprocated between the weft 11 arranged in three layers to constitute the objective thick woven fabric sheet for engineering works. The thick woven fabric sheets are mutually sewed by yarn having high elongation or connected by using a linking belt having high elongation.
