Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a mode filter in a single body with the coupled capacity without forming any solder bridge and also to improve the waveform selectivity and the spurious level.
CONSTITUTION: Two or more vibration elements 1 are arranged in parallel on a piezoelectric substrate 2 where the input/output electrodes 3 of the elements 1 are formed. Then a capacitor electrode 6 opposite to a ground electrode 4 formed on the back side of the substrate 2 is formed at the middle position between the elements 1 placed on the surface side of the substrate 2. A mass adding part 9 made of a resin material that is free from attachment of the solder is provided on the electrode 6.
