Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin battery pack having a structure which enables it to be surely mounted on an electric device, with a metal plate tightly fixed to an insulation frame body.
SOLUTION: The thin battery pack houses a laminate battery 1 in a casing 6. The laminate battery 1 has a groove-shaped protrusion part 1c formed by jointing a pair of a folded lap part 1as and a protruded lap part 1at located at both ends. The casing 6 joints a metal plate 5 to a frame body 4 by inserting folded locking pieces 12 arranged on an outer peripheral edge part of the metal plates 5 covering both surfaces of the laminate battery 1 into locking grooves 11 arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the insulation frame body 4. Externally exposed parts 14 exposed to the outside of the metal plate 5 are arranged on an electrode cover frame 4A of the insulation frame body 4. An inside face convex part 26 protruding toward the protruded lap part 1at of the laminate battery 1 is arranged on the externally exposed part 14, and a concave part for mounting 27 is formed according to the formation of the inside face convex part 26, and the inside face convex part 26 is placed at the groove-shaped protrusion part 1c at the inside of the folded lap part 1as.
