A thin battery includes a battery body 11, in which a power generation element 112 is housed in a laminate film made exterior member 111 including a resin layer 111c and an outer peripheral part 113 of the exterior member is sealed, and a spacer 12 disposed between the outer peripheral parts when another battery is laminated and having a fixed part 121 fixing the battery body to a predetermined position. An elastic resin part 13 is formed in a range H1, which is located around at least the fixing part, out of the outer peripheral part, and includes an overlapping part 14 of the outer peripheral part and the spacer, by insert-molding an elastic resin.
