Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a seal ring member from its wear or the like by eliminating space in the inside of a coupling main unit after built in piping and relative movement in axial and diametric directions of a pipe relating to the coupling main unit, so that air-tightness can be surely held over a long period even under a vibratory excited condition by eliminating apprehension of dislocation in a stopper pawl, and so that whether the piping is built properly or not in the coupling main unit can be visually confirmed.
CONSTITUTION: A coupling main unit 1, providing small and large diametric chambers 3', 3 inserted through the inside of an axial core, has an integral elastic arm 7 of protruding a stopper pawl 5 inward of a notched window part 9 opposed to the large diametric chamber. Seal ring members 6 and an engaging groove 8', whose point end side pressure-stopped by the stopper pawl to a peripheral surface in the large diametric chamber part serves as a stop supporting wall, are provided in a small diametric chamber part and fixed onto a pipe by a holding member 8. Further, the main unit is constituted by providing a cylindrical lock member 10 movably adhering to the coupling main unit. A bush member 11 and a sleeve member, having elastic pawl pieces respectively before and after the seal ring member, are inserted in the small diametric chamber.
