Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a thin-film coil which effectively enhances charging efficiency and solves the problem of heat generation; a thin-film coil element; a charging apparatus assembling the thin-film coil; and a manufacturing method of a thin-film coil element.SOLUTION: In a thin-film coil element and a charging apparatus, thin-film coils 21 and 22 comprise a first thin-film winding 201 and a second thin-film winding having a spiral structure, respectively, an adjacent structure in the spiral structure has a gap, the thin-film windings are connected to the outside via connection ports 203 and 204, respectively, the thin-film windings have a first winding terminal 207 and a second winding terminal at the inner sides thereof, respectively, and an induced electromagnetic field is created when the connection ports and the winding terminals are powered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
