The thin film common mode filter is provided with a pair of magnetic plates, upper and lower coil conductors 16a and 14a which are provided between the magnetic plates is spirally wound and overlapping states, and upper and lower lead conductors 18a and 12a which are respectively electrically connected to the central part-side one ends of the coil conductors 16a and 14a at one ends and extended to the outside across the coil conductors 16a and 14a.
