To provide a low-noise thin film evaporating concentrator which easily solidifies a photographic waste solution and recovers it as solid matter, an evaporating and solidifying method, and a reuse system of a photographic waste solution in which a photographic waste solution is reused in photographic processing through a material formed by evaporation and solidification.
The thin film evaporating concentrator is an evaporating and solidifying apparatus for a photographic processing waste solution in which an inner wall surface of a cylinder is used as a heating surface and a photographic processing waste solution is centrifugally moved by a rotor blade and evaporates on the inner wall surface to form a thin film, and the inner wall surface and/or a surface of the rotor blade defines a water contact angle of ≥90° or <40°. In the reuse system of a photographic waste solution, a photographic processing composition is prepared which contains 50-90 mass% of a material formed by evaporating and solidifying a photographic processing waste solution by the concentrator.
