To minimize the amount of the sulfur oxide generated when thin film-like products, such as medical gloves, molded by dip forming are incinerated and to sufficiently decrease the influence affording to the environment.
The thin film-like products are formed by irradiating a latex solution which is essentially composed of rubber latex and is mixed with a radiation crosslinking agent, with radiation, then adding an organic sulfur-base vulcanization accelerator and a hydroquinone-base aging preventive agent thereto to prepare main raw material, irradiating this material with the radiation at a suitable point of time, immersing molds of an arbitrary shape into the main raw material to form thin films on the surfaces and drying the same. The products have excellent ozone resistance and the decreasing of the sulfur included in the thin film-like products down to about 0.23% of 100 wt.% rubber is made possible.
