PURPOSE: To give a high magnetic field to a tape with a low energy consumption by forming a magnetic leaking preventing cover with a superconductive material at the periphery of an upper lower core part.
CONSTITUTION: A coil part 13 is composed to a longitudinal type wound in the direction vertical to a ferrite substrate 1 on a lower part core 12, and for an annular magnetic leaking preventing cover 15 to cover a lower part core 12, a coil part 13 and an upper part core 14, its aperture is smaller at a tape sliding part side and larger at a coil part 13 side. Thus, since the magnetic field to occur from a coil can be brought to the tape sliding part of a head tip without the magnetic leakage to an adjoining head, a track interval can be closely obtained, the high density can be executed, and it is not necessary to reduce the number of coil patterns. Thus, a low energy consumption driving can be easily realized.
