Title:
THIN-FILM PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3706835
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the conversion efficiency of a thin-film photoelectric converting device by effectively using the incident sunshine (400 to 1200 nm).
SOLUTION: The thin-film photoelectric converting device having a thin film 10 formed of insulating particulates and a binder deposited in order on a glass substrate 1, a front transparent electrode 11, at least one crystalline photoelectric conversion unit 12, and a reverse electrode 13 is characterized in that the mean size of the insulating particulates is 0.1 to 1.0 μm and the interface between the thin film formed of the insulating particulates and binder and a layer formed thereupon is in an uneven shape.
