To provide a thin-film transistor array substrate which allows accuracy of test thereof to be increased and consequently has an increased production yield by designing of a detection line, and to provide an electronic ink display device.
The thin-film transistor array substrate is applied to the electronic ink display device, and mainly includes a substrate, a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of thin-film transistors, a plurality of pixel electrodes, and a plurality of detection signal lines. The data lines and the scanning lines are arranged on the substrate, and define a plurality of pixel regions on the substrate. The thin-film transistors are arranged within the pixel regions, respectively and are driven by the scanning lines and the data lines. Also, the pixel electrodes are arranged within the pixel regions, respectively and are electrically connected to the thin-film transistors to which the pixel electrodes correspond, respectively. Also, the detection signal lines are connected in series to the scanning lines and/or the data lines.
