Abstract:
To provide a thin image display device of low cost, excellent in mass productivity, and with quality of a panel main body assembled excellent and reliable, as well as its manufacturing method.
The thin image display device, provided with electrodes 1, 101, and a vessel containing members such as the electrodes, for displaying images by emitting electron from the electrode 1, has a conductive adhesive of low surface resistance on an inner surface of the vessel or on the surface of the members contained in the vessel. The conductive adhesive has a surface resistance of 1×1010Ω/square or less.
