PURPOSE: To obtain the information processor with superior portability and high reliability by its thin formation and miniaturization by making a structure capable of suppressing eccentricity of an optical disk less than a prescribed value.
CONSTITUTION: A thin-optical disk device consists of an optical disk substrate 140, a cartridge 142, one part 144 of an outer wall of the disk device main body, a hub 149, an optical head 200, an objective lens 219, a spindle motor 244 and its spindle 242. In this device, for suppressing the eccentricity of the optical disk 140 to be ≤0.1mm, the hub 149 provided in the rotating center of the optical disk 140 and the spindle 242 are made to touch each other in a tolerance of ≤100μm. Then, the inner diameter of the hub 149 is provided on a concentric circle with a track, and moreover, an effective diameter of the objective lens 219 opposite to the track is shortened to 3.8-1.5mm, so that a focal distance is also shortened to be 0.5-0.6mm.
