Abstract:
To provide a thin plate wrapper material for paper cup having an inverted conical cylindrical shape, a wrapper material for which a sliced single thin plate material is bound in the grain direction characterized by wood grain.SOLUTION: A sliced wooden single thin plate having a0.2-0.5 mm thickness is used in binding a paper cup in the range from 7 ounce of 205 ml to 18 ounce of 540 ml. The circular body of the paper cup has a radius (r) of 20-50 cm. The length (l=2πr) of the circumference of the upper part of the circular body is set as the length (l) of the upper circumference which is a partial length in the range of 20-80° angle in the 360° of one peripheral circle of the entire circumferential length (L). The circumferential length (l') of the bottom is set as the fan shape of a fan which is cut in a curved shape with a width of a circumferential shape having a length of 6-15 cm on the inside from the upper outer circumference. Then, on the end face in the flat state of the fan shape, a junction is provided to make adhesion possible, in the thin wrapper material for a paper cup.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
