Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to manufacture small products to reduce the storage/transport costs by enabling them to have a specific thickness, as well as the specific number of recesses per 1 cm<2> at least on one sheet layer. CONSTITUTION: This absorption/cleaning product has at least two sheet cloths. At least one of them has a full thickness of 0.3-0.8 mm, as well as a relatively very small, shallow pattern pressed-in recesses with a density of 25-150 per 1 cm<2> . In this case, the two sheet cloths or paper strata have a pattern-pressed deformation or two pattern-pressed recesses 1A and 3A, being fixed together with each other by joining or bonding the strata in the so-called head-to-head arrangement. A third sheet cloth or paper layer 5 can be interposed between the two strata 1 and 3. Another product also has two sheet outer strata 11, B, whose pattern pressed head 11A of the one sheet layer is slided from the other sheet layer head 13A, through which each head can be 'overlaid in a nest form' into the recesses made among all the other sheet layer heads.
