In a thin profile electronic device provided with a power supply member 9 where insulating films 96, 96 are placed on both sides of a film battery 91 and conductor pieces 97 on the insulating film 96 of the lower side, the power supply member 9 is stacked on a printed circuit board 31 so that the conductor pieces 97 is overlapped on contacts 35 placed on the printed circuit board 31, and a front seal member 10 is overlapped so that key entry sections 12 are placed on the upper part of the conductor pieces 97, then the conductor pieces are pressed into contact with the contacts 35 by depressing the key entry sections 12 to attain the entry. That is, since the power supply member 9 has a function of a key pad, the power supply member 9 is provided to a space where the key pad has been placed to place the power supply member 9 without ensuring a new space.
