PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin piece carrying device capable of rationally changing the length of a main carrying part arranged between combined carrying parts for receiving a thin piece such as bill, slip, card or the like from a sub-carrying passage, and a device using it, for example, a pachinko island device. SOLUTION: In this thin piece carrying device 300 to be used in, for example, the pachinko island device 500, a thin piece 100 received from a sub-carrying passage S is combined in a combined carrying part 2 and carried in a main carrying part 4. The main carrying part 4 is divided into an upstream intake part 410, a downstream delivery part 420, an intermediate part 430 between the intake part 410 and the delivery part 420, an upper surface side member 440 having a length L11 extending from the upper surface of the intake part 410 to the upper surface of the delivery part 420, and a lower surface side member 450 having a length L2 extending from the lower surface of the intake part 410 to the lower surface of the delivery part 420. The intake part 410, the middle part 430 and the delivery part 420 are integrally formed so as to be retained by the upper surface side member 440 and the lower surface side member 450. The bearings of pulleys 43A and 43B and the bearings of pulleys 44A and 44B are formed into an attachable and detachable structure.
