Abstract:
To provide a thin sheet-like heat pipe which is thin and very strong, and achieves high heat radiation efficiency even for a small light source.
The thin sheet-like heat pump 10 includes: a container 11; working fluids (not shown) filled in the container; a flow path forming member 12 housed together with the working fluids in the container 11; and a liquid injection port (not shown) for injecting the working fluids. The flow path forming member 12 includes: a vapor phase flow path 13 serving as a flow path of evaporated working fluids; and a liquid phase flow path formed by a wick 14 for moving the condensed working fluids by capillary tube force. The vapor phase flow path 13 is spirally wound, and partitioned by the wick 14.
