PURPOSE: To make the feeder possible to efficiently feed tht thin steel sheet, by continuously sending out the thin steel sheet piled up on the pallet by the horizontally, parallelly installed recycling carrier and the electromagnet.
CONSTITUTION: When many thin steel sheets 3 are piled up on the pallet 2 to the previously specified height, the reciprocation mechanism 4 is actuated to being the separating rod 9 down until the sucking disk 8 strongly touches the uppermost thin steel sheet 3. On the other hand, each thin steel sheet 3 existing in the upper part is separated by the air, etc., blown from the air blower 50 installed by the side; when the separating rod 9 goes upward, the edge of a thin steel sheet is attracted upward to the electromagnet 6, and is pushed inward by the pusher 10, and is attracted and retained by the electromagnet 6. After repeating these processes until specified number of sheets are separated, the reciprocation mechanism 4 is once stopped, and the delivery head 7 of the recycling carrier 5 goes to the position of the electromagnet 6 and temporarily supports and presses the edge of several thin steel sheets 3 being attracted by the electromagnet 6. At this moment, if the electricity supply to the electromagnet 6 is interrupted, the thin steel sheet 3 is carried together with the delivery head 7 toward the inserter.
