Title:
薄肉シェルモールドの溶湯鍛造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6915206
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To provide a molten metal forging method of a thin-wall shell mold.SOLUTION: A thin-wall shell mold is provided in a box body in which each buried sand is tightly filled through sintering reinforcement, and a pressure chamber is decompressed. A casting material is smelted under negative pressure and is infused into the thin-wall shell mold. After the thin-wall shell mold is isolated to get in a vacuum state, the negative pressure is released. The casting material is filled into an inside space of the thin-wall shell mold to finish casting, temperature is reduced gradually, and pressure is raised to 80-100 kg/cm2. A high-pressure state in the thin-wall shell mold is balanced when the buried sand exhibits an abutting state through positive pressure, and then the casting material is crushed and quenched. The quenched cast product is took out, and then the thin-wall shell mold is vibrated and ground to obtain a finished product. A metal-molding method using the thin-wall shell mold is provided to reduce mold material and obtain a method for preventing the thin-wall shell mold from being broken when pressurized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
