In the thin wire feeding system for delivering the thin wire 1b of magnet wire to a designated position, for a first function, the thin wire feeding system is equipped with a first chuck 2b and a second chuck 2e to pinch the wire and the chucks are moved to stretch the distance inbetween so that the wire is elongated to a plastic region. For a second function, the thin wire feeding system is equipped with a first feeding roller 3c and a second feeding roller 3d ahead of the first roller keeping a difference of circumferential speed between them so as to elongate continuously the thin wire to a plastic region.
