To define the current status itself of the Patent Office as reasons for the subsistence and existence of inventions and patents while there are arguments both for and against the problem of the spread to general applications of creative inventions and technologies.

There seems to be no objection on disagreeing with admitting imperfect inventions as they are, and when there is possibility that even a few ideas and suggestions attribute to personal benefits, ideas and suggestions of several times as many are supposed to be collected by the nation. Also, in another case, it is hard to understand that the term of validity of the patent fee of my personal patent is not specified (already confirmed over the telephone) even after searching everywhere the material of the Patent Office and the electronic library.
