Abstract:

To provide a fluorine-containing curable composition showing thixotropy and capable of giving a cured gel product having excellent chemical resistance and solvent resistance.

The thixotropic fluorine-containing curable composition contains a linear chain polyfluoro compound (A) represented by the formula (1): CH2= CH-(X)a-Rf1-(X')a-CH=CH2 (1), an organohydrogen siloxane (B), a platinum group metal catalyst (C) and a fine powder silica (D) having a specific surface area of not less than 50 m2/g hydrophobically treated with a polysiloxane.
