To provide a thread passage guide device stabilizing and changing a direction of a thread passage without causing malfunction such as entanglement of single fibers, twisting, and scuffing without applying unnecessary external force to a fiber bundle when winding a tape like fiber bundle having a widened flat cross sectional shape such as flat thread on a bobbin.
The thread passage guide device is equipped with at least a first guide roll 6 disposed in an upstream side, a third guide roll 7 disposed in a downstream side, and a second guide roll 2 disposed between the first and third guide rolls, and it guides a running fiber bundle. The second guide roll 2 is rotatably supported on a support member 3 having a rotary shaft A orthogonal to rotary shafts of the first and third guide rolls. A rotary shaft of the second guide roll 2 is disposed on a single plane orthogonal to the rotary shaft A of the support member, and the fiber bundle is automatically controlled to an original thread passage by rotating the support member around the rotary shaft A in correspondence to fluctuation of a thread passage, and tilting the second guide roll 2 toward a thread passage crossing direction.
