Abstract:
To provide a screw processing tool in which a mechanism capable of adjusting a blade tip position is provided outside a tool holder.SOLUTION: A screw processing tool 1 comprises: a tool holder 2 which has a holder side open hole 21 which penetrates in an axial direction of itself in a central region of itself, and in the holder side open hole 21 of which a work-piece 800 can be inserted; three processing blades 3 which are held by the tool holder 2, and are located in a circumferential direction of the holder side open hole 21 in the state that a blade tip 31, which performs screw processing for the work-piece 800, projects to a radial direction inner side of the holder side open hole 21 with respect to an inner peripheral surface 21A of the holder side open hole 21; a base part 4 which holds the tool holder 2; a reference position part 6 which is formed on the base part 4, and is engaged with a processing device 100 for turning the processing blade 3, thereby performing relative positioning of the base part 4 and the processing device 100; and a position adjustment mechanism which relatively moves the tool holder 2 and the base part 4 in a radial direction of the holder side open hole 21 or a base side open hole 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
