PURPOSE: To provide a thread rolling machine which can work high accuracy threads with a simple structure.

CONSTITUTION: There is a major diameter thread rolling die 2 which rotates integrally in the same axis with a turntable 1 supporting a top plate (w) of a metallic drum container. There is a minor diameter thread roll 3 oscillating toward the inside face of the major diameter thread roll die 2. A rotating driving means 4 is provided to rotate the major diameter thread rolling die 2 and the minor diameter thread roll 3 in symmetry with each other. An oscillating and pressurizing means 5 is provided to oscillate the minor diameter thread roll 3 under a rotative state synchronizing the rotation of the major diameter thread roll die 2 with that the minor diameter thread roll 3 and to pressurize the minor diameter thread roll 3 to the inside face of a flange part (y).
