Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a thread-sucking and holding device of a heat-treating device, highly facilitating a threading operation and a thread-cutting operation.
CONSTITUTION: The thread-sucking and holding device in a heat-treating device is provided with a thread-sucking and holding unit simultaneously satisfying the below-described requirements (a)-(e). (a) A heating cylinder 2 for heating a thread in a non-contact state, (b) a thread-sucking tube 3 disposed below the lower end of the heating cylinder 2 in the requirement (a) and used for sucking the thread from the side direction, (c) a box having a thread inlet 4a connected to the heating cylinder (a), a thread outlet 4b for the passage of the thread passed through the heating cylinder 2 in the requirement (a), and the threadsucking port 4c of the thread-sucking tube 3 in the requirement (b) in the ceiling part, the bottom part and the side part of the box, respectively, (d) a means 6 for opening or closing the thread outlet, disposed just under the thread outlet in the requirement (c), and (e) a thread-cutting means 7 disposed at a lower place near to the opening or closing means in the requirement (d) and capable of freely appearing or disappearing in the horizontal direction.
