Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a threading method and a threading tension device capable of threading in a short time and uniformly applying tension by coupling a pair of tension disks with a tension disk bearer provided with a specific threading groove.
CONSTITUTION: A tension lower disk 3 and a tension upper disk 2 formed into the same nearly truncated conical shape are coupled with a tension disk bearer 10 erected and fixed to a fitting body at the lower end section in opposite directions so that their top faces are faced to each other. For threading, a thread 6 is inserted between both disks 2, 3, then the upper disk 2 is lifted upward by the thread 6. When the thread 6 enters the first threading groove 11 formed in the radial direction on the bearer 10, the thread 6 is lowered in the second threading groove 12 formed in the axial direction, the upper disk 2 is lowered, and the thread 6 is stored in a stable thread reception section 13 at the lower section of the second threading groove 12. The threading can be completed in a one-touch action.
