Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain the long-term service life of a damper by forming a pressing member in such a way that the pressing face pressing one chamber becomes approximately parallel to the face of a board.
CONSTITUTION: A board 1 is disposed between both pressing faces 5c, 5d of a pressing member 5 being fixed to the base of an electromagnetic relay. The tapered shape of both resin faces 5c, 5d is so formed as to be approximately parallel to the face of the board 1 when the pressing member 5 is rotated around a movable shaft, that is, when the pressing face 5c, for instance, presses a first chamber 2a to the pressing utmost end to compression-deform a sheet 2 most. As a result, shearing force parallel to the face of the board 1 is hardly applied to the sheet 2, and elongation and buckling are hardly generated even to the part with the sheets 2 overlapped in two stages. The service life of a damper can be thereby lengthened, and the buffer force is stabilized.
