Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the processing logic for coordinate correction by obtaining major axes passing through the representative points of all meshes and parallel to the longitudinal axis in the length direction of a raw material yard and line segments having the intersections of both end faces of a raw material heap at both ends, and controlling the three-dimensional existence range of each raw material heap as bundles of line segments for all meshes.
SOLUTION: A raw material heap R and brand regions G1, G2 are grasped and controlled as bundles of line segments in the length direction of a raw material yard respectively. A plane A specified by the coordinate axis (y-axis) in the width direction of the raw material yard and the coordinate axis (z-axis) in the height direction is assumed, the plane A is partitioned into many meshes M, and major axes L passing through the representative points of the meshes M and parallel to the coordinate axis (x-axis) in the length direction of the raw material yard are assumed. A column extending in the x-axis direction on one mesh serving as a base face and having the front and rear ends on both end faces of the raw material heap P or a brand region is considered, such columns are obtained for all meshes, and the raw material heap R or the brand regions G1, G2 are approximated by a solid bundled with all columns located on all meshes.
