Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional decorative object wider than before in a selective range of a resin, and a method for manufacturing the same.
SOLUTION: The three-dimensional decorative object is a molded object obtained by transferring a plurality of projected patterns 3, which comprise a thermoplastic resin extruded to a mold material 11 having recessed parts 12 in a molten state, to the surface of a substrate sheet 2 comprising a thermoplastic resin to fuse them thereto. The thermoplastic resins of the substrate sheet 2 and the projected patterns 3 have a fusible property. The three- dimensional decorative object manufacturing method has a process for filling the mold material 11 having a plurality of the recessed parts 12 with the thermoplastic resin extruded in a molten state, and a process for transferring the projected patterns 3 comprising the resin allowed to fill the recessed parts 12 of the mold material 11 to the surface of the heated substrate sheet 2 comprising the thermoplastic resin. The thermoplastic resins of the substrate sheet 2 and the projected patterns 3 have a fusible property.
