To reduce the space of lift and clamp mechanisms in the three dimensional drive device of the transfer feeder.

The three dimensional drive device of the transfer feeder is provided with a feed mechanism 12 to transfer a work, which is held with transfer bars 7 arranged on both sides in the work holding direction, to a working station, a lift mechanism 15 to elevate the transfer bar 7, a clamp mechanism 14 connected thereto to hold/release the work, a clamp/lift box to accommodate the lift and clamp mechanisms and a drive means to drive each mechanism of feed, clamp and lift. The lift and clamp mechanisms have a drive shaft and a servo motor respectively connected to the lift mechanism and the clamp mechanism. The lift and clamp drive means are arranged at both end parts of the clamp/lift box.
