CONSTITUTION: Axially oriented yarns Z are stretched between yarn supports, the residual many ends of both the axially oriented yarns Z and radially oriented yarns Yrz are radially set up from the central part of the fabric in such a manner as to be multilayeredly fixed at the yarn supports, and the ends of the peripherally oriented yarns Ys are fixed near the central part. The peripherally oriented yarns Ys are wrapped externally on both the axially oriented yarns Z and radially oriented yarns Yrz defining the respective layers so as to put said layers to pressure contact toward the central part to form the layers, and at the same time, the axially oriented yarns Z and the radially oriented yarns Yrz corresponding to each layer are axially moved while keeping their radial positions to change the opening positions followed by wrapping the peripherally oriented yarns Ys. After set up axially at a specified length. the radially oriented yarns Yrz are bent in such a direction as to be rectangular to the axially oriented yarns Z, and part of said yarns Yrz are set up again along the axially oriented yarns Z between arbitrary layers, the rest being meanderingly woven into without being subjected to wrapping by the peripherally oriented yarns Ys.
