To provide a three-dimensional facet light emitting source device and a solid light emitting source device increasing the application level of a light emitting source.
The three-dimensional light emitting source device includes a transparent container, an anode plate (a positive electrode plate), a cathode plate (a negative electrode plate), a plurality of transparent plates and a low-pressure gas layer. The transparent container has a sealed space. The transparent plate is disposed between the anode plate and the cathode plate and the plates respectively have fluorescent layers on them. The low-pressure gas layer is filled in the sealed space to guide electrons from the cathode plate, and the electrons fly in a direction parallel with the transparent plate and strike the respective fluorescent layers to emit light to form one set of three-dimensional facet patterns.
