Title:
THREE-DIMENSIONAL FIBER-REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004209766
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a three-dimensional fiber-reinforced composite material capable of enhancing the fatigue strength of a metal component to be bonded without forming a dent on the surface of the metal component.

In the three-dimensional fiber reinforced composite material 1 formed by impregnating a three-dimensional fabric comprising in-plane threads 12 and threads 13 in a thickness direction with a resin, a specific layer 30 containing a resin and a metal powder is formed on the surface 11 approximately vertical to the threads 13 in the thickness direction. When the composite material 1 is bonded to the metal component 20, the specific layer 30 is arranged on the side of the metal component 20, and the threads 13 in the thickness direction are prevented from reaching a metal surface 21 by the specific layer 30.
