Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional laminate molding machine capable of accurately forming a powder material in a layer form and improving accuracy of a molded object.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional laminate molding machine has: a recoater 13 capable of storing a powder material in a 3D printer 1 and discharging the stored powder material in a layer form; and a control unit 20 controlling an operation of the recoater 13. The recoater 13 is provided with: a container 15 capable of storing the powder material; and a screw member 21 rotatable with respect to the container 15 and conveying the powder material inside the container 15 in a direction in which a rotation axis extends. The control unit 20 controls a rotation direction of the screw member 21 so that it can be switched between a first rotation direction and a second rotation direction that is an opposite direction to the first rotation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
