Title:
THREE-DIMENSIONAL MICROSCOPE SYSTEM AND IMAGE DISPLAY METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3867143
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional microscope (stereo microscope system) which three-dimensionally acquires depth data of a minute object like a cell/DNA or the connection part of a semiconductor IC chip to accurately measure the volume approximately in real time and to provide an image display method using the same.
SOLUTION: The microscope has objective lenses 121A and 121B arranged so that optical paths 115A and 115B from a reflection means 113 are symmetrical practically, and variable density data at each point of an image is measured by an image processor 102. Full focused images 126A and 126B are constituted in parallel by pixels having in-focus pixel values, with coincidence between the time bases with respect to the depth of an observation object, and images wherein outlines (a) and (b) of the observation object are recognized are constituted by parallel full focused images respectively, and two images (c) having outlines (a) and (b) recognized are composited to constitute a three-dimensional image.
